Intesis has been certified as "Great Place to Work" for the next 12 months. Thanks to all our employees, after a thorough evaluation, our company stands for the high requirements to be considered a great workplace.
Great Place to Work Certification is a two-step process that includes surveying your employees and completing a short questionnaire about your workforce. The criteria focus on the staff and the company culture evaluating as the main aspects:
- Trust for the work done by the staff and be proud of it.
- To give value to the work done by each of our employees.
- Respect and recognition as important company values.
All the Intesis team have celebrated this certification in a special event to reduce our company's carbon footprint and reconnect with the forest. During the forest-party we did different dynamics to enjoy a morning in the middle of nature:
- Listen to an educational talk that raised awareness of the need to care for forests.
- Each of us has at least one tree to reborn a burned area. We have contributed to reforesting a burned forest near our office.
- Altogether we carried out good practices for cleaning forests and forest enrichment.
These practical actions are proof that working at Intesis and working as a team is the way to keep growing with the aim of helping our planet as our products do.
